- They also work with other service providers and to deliver the services according to the requirements of the participant.
- They work closely with the participant, their family, and their caregivers to plan a service that suits the participant’s needs.
- Even if there is any emergency, they can assist, plan and coordinate with different service providers to ensure consistent service delivery when needed.
